This pan is fantastic, not only for making crepes but for making grilled sandwiches, omelets, scrambled eggs, saute's of mushrooms, onions, peppers, etc.
I actually ordered this to replace one I've had for many years...I was at a total loss on where to find a replacement and found it at Amazon. I would like to see it offered in a larger size as well. It's absolutely my favorite for breakfasts and lunches....I can make 2 grilled cheese sandwiches on it but would like the bigger pan so I can make 3 to 4 at the same time. My older pan was bigger than this one...
