Whoever was behind the design of this over-priced piece of garbage should be fired. The design is terrible. Every aspect of this juicer is terrible...unless your only looking to squeeze the juice out of one lime or lemon at a time. The cheap toastmaster juicer is much better then this...and has lasted over 2 years...with heavy use. Do not buy this juicer...dont be fooled by the name or the nice look. I bought this on a day when I needed a juicer and this was the only one at my local store. I agree with many of you--the juice goes everywhere but in the cup. The thing jumps and jerks around, and with the tolerance b/w the juicer and cup so close, you just get a mess and a lot of wasted juice on the counter, making it slippery and ever more likely to slide.
The device walks all over even though I use a silicon hot pad to give it more to hold on to. Despite its flaws, I've actually used it a lot, alternately laughing and swearing at what a poor design it is. The killer is that now the speed up function, whereby the residual juice is spun out of the accumulated pulp at high speed when you put the special cover on, is no longer working. It's even hard to clean! Pulp hangs in crevices and grooves. It's an astoundingly poor design and not very durable either. It's simply a piece of junk, sorry folks. I'm stepping up to the Waring.

I purchased your product because of the good reputation for strong motors and good design. But this juicer was a real let down. Why?
1.the spout is too short and the juice runs down the side of the machine
2.If you don't hold onto the machine for dear life whilst squeezing the whole machine does a little piroet and whoops, the juice is everywhere!
I am returning this machine and I advise people to buy a citrus juicer where the juice streams into an internal cup. But don't buy the Toast Master because the plastic starts to melt under the motor (a litle like toast).

I bought this citrus juicer about a month ago and use it just about every day, and I really don't understand what all the complaints are about. It does just what it is supposed to do: juice oranges and other citrus fruit.
It seems to have plenty of power, as the motor never slows down even when pushing down large fruits. I've gone through plenty of juicers, and just about all of them short of the expensive professional models will spin a bit on the counter form the torque of the motor. Just make sure the counter is clean and DRY and this wont be a problem. The best feature is the fast spin mode. Just put the clear lid on and push down and the pulp tray spins very fast to extract all the remaining juice!
Overall, I'm very happy with this product. Great looks, great price, and works well.
