Customer Review: Died after 16 months!!!!

We received this microwave from our wedding registry. We were thrilled when we got it and it worked fine for 16 months, then one died, I pressed 'start' and it totally shut off. I thought I blew a fuse, but nope everything else around it was still working. I tried other outlets and the thing never turned back on! Just like other people said, it just died on us. I thought cuisinart was reliable but I will NEVER buy that brand again.

A stainless steel interior and 25 pre-programmed settings make the this an incredibly versatile mocrowave oven. The nonporous interior makes cleanup a cinch, and prevents odors from one food leeching into others. With the 12-inch rotating glass tray, your food is evenly cooked, so the only reason to keep an eye on your food is for entertainment purposes. The optional two-stage cooking operation allows the microwave to be set so that first stage of operation (such as 15 minutes on defrost) is automatically followed by a second stage (such as cooking for 8 minutes).
