This cookware is FABULOUS! I was originally looking for Calphalon and Circulon but decided to go with the Cuisinart after shopping around. They take a little longer to heat because it says not to use them on high heat and not being able to put them in the dishwasher kind of sucks, but they cook beautifully, and after all, that is why we buy nice cookware. They do recommend storing them on a rack and I bought one to store them on, they look great as a part of my kitchen d?cor. The little bolts that attach the handles to the pans tend to get dirty and hide muck, but if you are sure to clean them, they'll be cool.
