THIS IS THE PERFECT PAN FOR JUST ABOUT ANYTHING. THE COATING IS SUPER NON-STICK. WHEN THAT PAN HITS THE SINK, ANYTHING STUCK TO IT JUST SLIDES RIGHT OFF. THE GLASS LID ALLOWS YOU TO SEE WHAT IS GOING ON INSIDE YOUR PAN WITHOUT TAKING THE LID OFF AND LOSING ALL OF YOUR HEAT. I HAVE BEEN USING THIS PAN FOR ABOUT 2 YEARS NOW AND THERE ARE NO SCRATCHES IN THE FINISH. I ALWAYS WASH IT IN THE SINK (A DISHWASHER WILL DESTROY THE COATING) AND NEVER EVER USE METAL UTENSILS IN IT. I CAN SEE THIS PAN LASTING 20 YEARS OR MORE IF IT IS PROPERLY TAKEN CARE OF.
