This is an excellent coffeemaker. I am still working on finding the best tasting coffee to match it with.
Other reviewers have written that the water can be difficult to load without spilling. I agree. My method is to use a pre-measured container of your choice for this purpose. Since I usually make the same amount of coffee each time, I consider this a simple idea that works perfectly. I have my unit situated so that the area above it is open and offers easy access to pour the water---no overhead cabinets or doors...etc are in the way.
The clock is a feature that is not useful to me, so I simply ignore it.
Likewise, I have not used the Program Set feature; but, it's fine that it is available to me, should I decide to use it.
I use the 1-4 Cup Setting function regularly. The Carafe Temperature Dial maintains the temperature of the coffee. I have a coffeemaker that is easy to use, makes excellent hot coffee, and sells for a reasonable price. Excuse me.....but.....I need another cup!
