Customer Review: cuisinart gr-4 griddler
Summary: 1 Stars

I am very disappointed with the Cuiinart GR-4 griddler, it seems to smoke alot on the grill side, works better on the griddle side, if it is kept on low.

Customer Review: great device
Summary: 5 Stars

the Gr-4 griddler makes great paninis, fantastic pancakes and good burgers. Only complaint cheeseburgers don't turn out the way i'd like them to. easy to clean and store

Customer Review: Product on time, but scratched and items incomplete
Summary: 1 Stars

I didn't get the black cover as seen in the order picture. I was looking forward to that. The grill was new and seemed pacakaged well, but it had two large scratches cut deep into the stainless cover across the top as though cut with a box knife. I debated about the long wait and hassle of sending it back and just decided to keep it. I do find myself looking at the scatches whenever I use it, but the grill itself works great. My first experience with a shipping problem. Probably should have sent it back, but I didn't. Kinda regret that at times. Checked locally, and could have purchased it near home for the same price and seen what I was getting. I got in a hurry and wanted one for a special event we had planned.

Customer Review: 2 small complaints
Summary: 4 Stars

I don't have anything to compare this to, but overall this works well.
There are 2 issues I wish were improved. First the grill looks like it would close evenly to create pressure straight down on your food, but the design still pushes slightly from back to front enough to squeeze sandwich contents forward. Not a deal breaker, but it just seems like a simple design issue that should have been addressed.
Secondly, the cord is a bit short. Six more inches would have been nice.
