Customer Review: 2 years of daily use, still perfectly nonstick!

As another reviewer mentioned, keeping the cooking surface completely clean, unscratched and mirror-smooth is critical with this nonstick pan. Use an acrylic (non-metallic!) souring pad for any residues, never use scouring powders or mineral abrasives, then wipe dry. Even hard water deposits on the pan can cause food to stick. But if you keep it clean, it does its job beautifully, and unlike a teflon pan, it won't smoke if you heat it a bit too much (within reason, of course). For eggs, a bit of butter or oil helps. Makes me crazy that so many people apparently threw out these pans because they didn't read the bloody manual!
