My mom has one of these, and I'm going to get one right away. There's a recipe for a citrus-honey sorbet that my mom uses fresh-squeezed orange juice for, and it's fantastic! She scoops it into the empty orange halves and freezes for a fast, fancy dessert! Easy to use, compact, great for any household! If you love homemade ice cream and sorbets, you NEED this!
