Since I received my machine I have used it twice a week - each time on a new recipe. So far it has been great, either straight out of the tub or after a few hours in the freezer (it never lasts more than a few hours). I do believe that it could be a little quieter for use in the house, but if you aren't sitting on top of it, then it is fine.
