Tried to make almond butter in this thing.It lasted about 4 minutes before it burned out,even when following directions stating that it should not be used continually but in brief intervals. Its no wonder our land fills are getting filled up so fast........Customer Review: Its ok...not great but ok

I received the mini chopper free after rebate. It is a poor design since the motor is positioned above the blade making the part that gets the dirtiest non-submersible in water. Never the less, the function of the chopper is great. I use it exclusively as a spice grinder and have had great success. Even cinnamon sticks ground up nicely. If you can get this for free, great. I purchased this as a replacement for one that had seen it's last days. I bought it because I had been so satisfied with the old one. There is one spot on the motor compartment that is hard to clean, otherwise it is the greatest little grinder I have ever used.
