This is a wonderful little pan. I find I use it more than any other pan. It's especially nice to saute vegetables and with the high sides, it's easier to toss the veggies to turn them over.
Description of Cuisinart SF33-20 Nonstick Stainless 2-Quart Saute Pan with Lid
Cuisinart's 2-quart sauté pan, which comes with a fitted stainless-steel lid, is the ideal size for making one-pot meals. The pan has a bottom inlay of copper sandwiched between two layers of stainless steel for quick heat distribution, on top of which is a multilayer construction of stainless steel and a nonstick cooking surface. This construction, called the Excalibur system, results in lasting food release, so less oil or butter is needed when cooking.The heavy-gauge stainless-steel handles are heat-resistant, and the handle hole makes it easy to hang the pan from a cookware rack. Cuisinart recommends using a low to medium burner setting when cooking with this pan and recommends using plastic or wooden utensils. --Julie McCowan
